Large Letter Address Circle

Need a wedding or house warming gift?  This is a unique gift that will be cherished forever.  

It comes on a 12" x 12" cotton cloth ready to be framed.  Framed opening needs to be at least 8" x 10".  

The cotton cloth can be white or tea dyed(as shown in picture).  As pictured it has a large last initial in the center overlaid with the last name.  The top of the circle is the first names and bottom of the circle is the street address. Under the circle is the city and state followed by the established date. 

Please specify 2 color options from picture shown and indicate which is primary color(big letter) and which is secondary(last name).  Please include colors, names, address and established date in comments when checking out.
